Reviews and Ratings Policy

5. Moderation & Removal

Leisure Dock reserves the right to:

We do not remove reviews solely because they are negative.

6. Restaurant Responses

Restaurants may:

Public disputes, harassment, or review intimidation are not permitted.

7. No Review Editing for Sentiment

Leisure Dock does not edit reviews to change their meaning or sentiment.

Edits may be made only to:

  • Correct formatting or technical issues

8. No Guarantees of Accuracy

Reviews reflect personal opinions and experiences.

Leisure Dock does not verify every claim and does not guarantee the accuracy of user opinions.

9. Removal Requests

Restaurants may report reviews they believe violate this policy.

Each request is reviewed fairly, removal is not automatic.

10. Trust Comes First

Maintaining trust between diners and restaurants is essential. Any attempt to manipulate ratings or silence honest feedback undermines the platform and may result in account action.
