Zellas

Zellas was established in Hutchinson in 2008. The restuarant was an immediate success offering a dining experience unlike any other in the area. In 2016, Sara and Brian Pollmann purchased Zellas with a goal of continuing the legacy that Zellas was known for. With General Manager Jill Springer, the Pollmanns look forward to hosting you at Zellas, and they hope this is your place where memories are created and shared. At Zellas, the integrity of our cuisine stems from the origin of our ingredients. We consider the quality of our food seriously and strive to offer the very best to our guests through our commitment to local and organic ingredients whenever possible. We have designed a chef-driven menu adaptable to seasonal changes and offer eclectic, local fare in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
