Based onthe successful reputation of the original Willie Gs in Houston, CEO Tilman Fertitta opened Willie Gs in Galveston in May of 1993. The menus are inspired by a passion for fresh Gulf Coast Seafood and succulent steaks, and focus on local offerings that rotate seasonally.
