Like Volares cuisine, their history is also rich in flavor! Chef Antonio Sorgente became an owner of Volare over 15 years ago, bringing his own unique home town recipes to the restaurant. Originally from Naples, Italy, Chef Antonio prides himself on bringing flavors of good home Italian cooking to Volare. Eder Muniz became Antonios pupil in the kitchen, where he was taught to be an authentic pizzaiolo. Since, Antonio & Eder have joined forces and continues to carry on the Volare tradition of offering delicious Italian dishes and desserts to San Antonio locals.
