The process begins with a phone call. One of our personal wine consultants will askyou a few questions designed to determine your personal tastes, as well as drinking and buying habits. We will use this information to select wines that meet your profile in terms of both taste and price. The wine will be delivered to your home or office. Our personal wine consultants will maintain your own wine preference profile. Using our advanced computer system, we will maintain a record of purchases along with your comments on those wines. Using this personal wine profile helps us make educated selections for you. Spending a lot of money does not guarantee getting a great bottle of wine. There are better value wines at every price point. For $8, you may get a very good bottle or a mediocre bottle. For $30, you may get a great bottle, or you still could wind up with a mediocre bottle. We stress good wine values at all prices. That means, getting the best wine for your dollar. At Vin Rouge, we taste wines daily to help make the right selections for you. In addition to tasting, we are reading constantly to keep abreast of current trends and releases. We are very discriminating about the wines we sell. If one of our favorite wines is not very good in a particular vintage, we will refuse to sell it.
