Established in 2017. Vegetable forward cuisine, celebrating the best of what is available each day from local farmers and artisans, featuring a quick-service lunch, midday service for snacks and drinks, and an ever changing dinner menu with shareable snacks, starters, and family style main dishes. Michael and Tara Gallina opened Vicia in March of 2017, and prior to opening hosted a series of pop up dinners in St. Louis called Rooster and the Hen. Before moving to St. Louis, the couple worked at the James Beard award-wining restaurant Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York.
