Meet owner Kory Westfall. Kory started making pies at Failonis approximately 5 years ago. Kory was a quick study and giant asset helping Failonis narrow their pizzas down to perfection. He is a valued friend and adopted family member. He took his passion andexpertise and decided to expand his horizons and share all his delectable creations in South County. You may now find him cooking up your favorite pies, 6 days a week at Uncle Leos. Meet owner Joey Meiners. Joey is a Failoni grandson and 4th generation at Failonis Restaurant and Bar. He began in the family business perfecting Uncle Leos secret pizza recipe at Failonis in 2009, after graduating with a Business Management degree from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. He has been an asset in managing the restaurant and bar and even some singing entertainment on Friday nights. He decided to expand and share Failonis pizza in South County at Uncle Leos with Kory and Alex. Meet owner Alex Failoni. Alex has co-owned and operated Failonis in Dogtown for 32 years. Six years ago, Alex went to his Uncle Leo in Kansas City, learned his secret homemade pizza recipe and the rest is history. Due to its success, Alex and his fellow owners decided they wanted to share this little bit of heaven to all of South County, as well. You will see Alex flipping pizzas and delicious burgers at Uncle Leos and also singing his Sinatra songs at Failonis.
