Ultra Steak Inc was established and based out of Anderson, Indiana in 1979, as a company to provide restaurant support services for 9 franchised Sizzlers locations in Indiana. In 1996, Ultra Steak converted their Muncie, IN Sizzler into a Texas Roadhouse restaurant. The partnership is current as of today, and supports the franchise in Indiana, Ohio, and California. Ultra Steak and its affiliates entered into franchise agreements in 2012 to operate Little Caesars in Ohio. A year later, additional Little Caesars were acquired in Central Indiana. Aspen Creek was acquired by Ultra Steak from Texas Roadhouse Inc in 2014.
