The Beach Club at The Victorian Santa Monica is our newest addition, providing guests with a unique dining experience. General Manager, Josiah Salerno, aims to pamper guests with an environment that combines southern hospitality and west coast style for an ambiance that resembles the feel of an exclusive international resort. World renowned chef, Justin Aquino, has curated our ever evolving menu using only top quality ingredients sourced from local farmers markets. Fresh oysters, full fish, sustainable proteins, and much more are cooked over an open flame with basic seasoning bringing out the natural flavors with a light char from the custom wood fire grill.
