Reminiscent of the hip urban eateries found throughout the culturally inspired and historically celebrated capital of Italia, Cotto Wine Bar was begun in 2012 by Ridolfi Claudio, based on his memories of years of living in Italy beginning with a 70-seat wine bar He set out to recreate the feel and the look of an evening in Rome Italy.
