The Reef is truly a one of a kind Seafood, Prime Steak and Entertainment Restaurant. Your senses are in for a treat…fish, corals, sunken ships and mermaids are all around you…Chef David tantalizes your taste buds with his culinary talents…and the Woody show will take you back to the days of the Rat Pack and the greats of Hollywood! Chef David Leonard received formal culinary training locally and holds several advanced degrees including food and beverage management with a concentration in culinary arts and a masters in theology. He is an American Culinary Federation certified Chef de Cuisine and has won or placed in multiple culinary competitions including a bronze medal in the 2015 John Joyce Culinary Competition. He spent time perfecting his craft at plaza favorites like Parkway Social Kitchen, Houstons, K.C. Masterpiece and Jack Stack, as well as local destinations like K.C. Joes and the Kaufman Stadium club. He also spent a number of years teaching culinary arts to inspire and train a new generation of chefs. With an updated menu that includes all your old favorites and a new selection of chef picked and local favorites that will only add to your love of this local destination restaurant attraction. Sunday evenings…its a dinner and a show. A show that no one in Kansas City is putting on.
