Short because for about a century and a half, the place was called Bagel Nosh, and it wasnt until May of 2012 that we became The Nosh and if you ask why you didnt read the Home page (tisk, tisk). So, the history… No way Im going to bore you with that, except to say that it all started in july 2004 on a couple of lounge chairs beside the pool at Pueblo Bonito Blanco in Cabo, first it was just a few Piña Coladas, and then were moving to Phoenix and buying a bagel shop we wanted to turn into a great breakfast and lunch place.
