The Mixx has been offering our customers clean, whole, natural and healthy food for over ten years now. Kind of ahead of our time for Kansas City. But even before there were buzz words and trends about healthy eating, we knew that good food was just thatgood. It is, was and will be good for the heart, good for the mind, good for the soulgood for the mood. And were so excited to introduce this new featured salad to you. After you try it, let us know what you think! I really believe in what I do and what I share with you. Mindful eating lays the foundation for a healthy, happy, and more peaceful life. It is my personal and professional goal to continue to educate myself so that I can share what I learn with you. I truly love and believe in the Mixx food-culture and lifestyle.
