The Mill

We personally create almost everything we offer on our menu here at the cafe. Below are a few specialties, there are more. We select, roast, and prepare the best, most delicious coffee we can. In 2017 we launched our coffee program at The Mill. Our coffee roasteryis called Bouquet Coffee Roasters, we are thrilled to be roasting and serving our special coffees at The Mill! If feel you didnt get a delicious coffee from us, dont worry, you can write a terrible review about it here on yelp or you can just email us and well take care of you. Our yeasted waffle is our own personal recipe, tried & true, and made fresh daily. Waffles are always made freshly to order. Our plated waffle menu is available from 7am-12pm. Our Waffle-in-Hand is our easy to-go version and loved by many folks on the run. The Waffle-in-Hand is dusted with powdered sugar, served until 3PM. We dont recommend NOT getting the waffle. We offer plant based milks. They are made with local ingredients, in small batches daily. We currently offer Vanilla Cashew Milk, which may be added to any coffee drink for an additional charge- just ask. We craft every syrup we offer to add to your latte in house, to pair with our coffees. Examples of these are: Vanilla Bean Latte, Wildwood Flower Latte (spring/summer), and Winter Spice Latte (fall/winter). These are very special, fresh, & popular. We hope we can please you.
