Established in 2008. The Lunchbox Lady is the premier provider of gourmet Box Lunches in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Our Box Lunches are perfect for your business meetings, lunch & learns or medical seminars. We specialize in signature sandwiches, fresh salads, homemade condiments and dressings and premium desserts made by our in-house pastry chef. We offer a delivery service to the entire Baltimore Metropolitan area and surrounding counties The business concept was conceived by Founder, Connie Henninger Neiman, who had worked 16+ years in the Insurance industry. After becoming disenchanted with the corporate world, Connie jumped at the opportunity to use her life savings to reinvent herself and start a small business serving high quality Box Lunches to professionals. In 2008 to 2011, the lunches were made in the kitchen of a tiny café in Baltimore County. The business grew by leaps and bounds and the LBL moved into a large facility in 2011 with a goal of producing 1,000 lunches per week. We now employ a staff of 15 local people and our devoted clientele grows stronger everyday! In February of 2015, Executive Chef, Craig Falk took over as owner of The Lunchbox Lady and is excited to transition the business into the future. Craig will be offering seasonal sandwiches and salads in addition to LBLs already stellar menu!!
