The Local Fix serves only premium coffees from Big Bend Coffee Roasters (Marfa, TX) Add a scoop of Vanilla or Chocolate Whey Protein, Chia, Acai, Moca or Ginseng Breakfast Served All Day Every Day! Served simply w/ brown sugar, honey, Crustless Quiche of the day (Egg Roasted Red Pepper, Shredded Potatoes, Bacon, Cheese and Sliced Green Onion, some Sans Bacon for veg.) Add a side of Fruit, Granola and Honey Breakfast Wrap with two Fried Eggs, Potatoes, Bacon, Chorizo, Shredded Cheese on a Served with 2 Eggs, Bacon or Ham, and Toast + Potatoes $2 All burgers include choice of french fries, chips, soup of the day or fruit. Maple Syrup Coffee Jam mixed with Caramelized Onions and Bacon, Cheddar Cheese on a Sweet Bun Pickles, Lettuce, American Cheese, Tomato, Onion, Mustard served on a toasted Jalapeño bun.
