Allison had a lifelong dream to own her own restaurant while pursuing her career asa Registered Dietitian and Jared, a former teacher, now works for his family business, Steven Choate Plumbing are excited to be serving Eddyville and the surrounding areas. Both Jared and Allison, along with their families, are natives to the Eddyville/Princeton area. Allison, working in the food industry for years as a waitress and dietitian and Jared having Barbequing experience at a local BBQ restaurant, are sure to provide you with a meal that will bring you back for seconds and thirds. The Choates, no strangers to the restaurant business, could not be more excited to be bringing you their favorite family recipes. Following in her grandparents footsteps by continuing the family restaurant tradition, The Joint inspired by the country music singer Eric Church will bring you Gamaws BBQ Sauce, Grannys Coleslaw, a variety of smoked meats and a homemade family dry rub that will leave your mouth watering.
