He always felt an urge to follow this passion by opening has own establishment, the birth of the Hungry Mule. Fast forward a year and he realized to that the success of his vision demanded more time than he had to continue ownership, after meetings the present owners he felt confident that they could continue his vision with the service and food that started the restaurant.
