The Grillery

We insist on only the freshest of ingredients; salmon especially. Whole salmon is flown in 2-3 times each week and filleted with care. No additional marinating. The 600 degree grill does all the work by sealing in the flavors and turns the fat & oils into aromaticsmoky goodness that you can taste. The evolution of the sandwich is now complete. Medium rare sirloin, thinly sliced and tossed into our house-made course-cut cilanto and garlic, our version of the chimichurri and piled between fresh torta buns. Salads does not equal diets here! We use freshly cut romain, spring mix, arugula and grilled vegetable in all of our salads. With choices of seared ahi tuna, steak, chicken or salmon, its a hearty meal thats guilt free and delicious. Choose one of our house made sauces too, miso, ginger, or jalapeno aioli. The Grillery is a premier and authentic Restaurant that has been proudly serving the Poway area and beyond since 2000.
