Our story begins in the late 1940s when a small bar known as Walts Bar opened up. Changing its name in the mid 1950s to The Frolic Gardens, our restaurant soon became a neighborhood favorite! With some modern updates and a fun name change, The Elbow Room opened upin 1995, making us the full service eclectic bar we are today!
