Thai Corner Bistro is temporarily closed, in order to repair significant damage caused by an April 9, 2021 van accident on our property. We will reopen in July 2021! Braised pork belly, pickled carrot, pickled daikon, and shredded pickled cabbage, garnished with cilantro and crushed peanuts. Fried pork ribs marinated in hoisin sauce, Thai spices and herbs, garnished with shredded dried chili pepper and cilantro, and served with assorted Asian pickles. Wontons stuffed with shrimp, ground pork, crabmeat, water chestnut, wood-ear mushroom, scallion and carrot, served with a tangy soy dipping sauce. Your choice of Jumbo Shrimp, or braised Chicken thigh, in a creamy coconut curry soup, with pickled mustard greens, red onions, fried shallots, deep-fried egg noodles and boiled egg noodles. Jasmine rice stir-fried with your choice of protein, fresh pineapple, carrot, peas, Thai sweet pork sausage, egg, scallion, and curry powder, garnished with roasted cashew nuts, crispy shallot and cilantro.
