He was trained by his uncle in California for many years and went to school at the University of Oregon. Preston brought all of his familys best recipes as well as his own collection of originals to this restaurant to ensure you enjoy only the best sushi dishes imaginable. Takayuki, our sushi chef, hails from Japan and has brought a lot of authentic Japanese dishes to our sushi restaurant. A very knowledgeable chef, Takayuki is excited to introduce people to the amazing flavors found in sushi and looks forward to serving you.
