Where do you source your meats? We source all our meats from SP Provisions, who has been supplying the PNW with locally-sourced meats for over four generations. We take our food seriously, and their pasture-raised cows, all-natural pork, and cage-free chickens and eggs make our food that much more SuperDeluxe. Whats in your Vegan Deluxe? We make a vegan version of our deluxe sauce, sub out vegan cheddar cheese, and put it all together on a Portland French Bakery vegan pub roll. They are not, but were happy to make you a bunless version of SuperDeluxe. What kind of oil do you use in your fryers? 100% Canola. No nuts used in here.
