True authentic pizza, True authentic food, True authentic Italians, Third generation in the business Santo Sardo was born on a flour bag in New York and has been making pizza ever since. He has worked at various different places in New York and Florida in family owned Sardos. About 20 years ago he decided to move back down to Florida to start his own. He wanted to bring the great taste of Canarsie, Brooklyn with him. so he opened his own pizzeria and has been in the Seminole/largo area of Florida ever since. My father is an old school Italian with a big mouth. Just type in Sardos pizza on you tube and watch some of his funny videos all done right on spot with no script. he has allot of fun joking around with customers. also loves to do everything from scratch and he only uses the best ingredients. so the food is always extraordinary. For those who havent seen Santo Sardo in action up close and personal his showtimes are weekdays from 11am to about 3pm. Yes i said showtimes because that is exactly what it is a show.
