Sunflower Cafe

After owning Sunflower Cafe for 20 years, Nikos Kontakos moved the business to the corner of its original location and invited his longtime friend to join him. Joanne Venetis owns and manages multiple business here in Southwest Florida, including Leonis Pizzeria.Kontakos learned how to cook from the chefs in Chicago when he was only 16. His training and natural talent allows him to create the recipes for each and every one of his menu items. Venetis owns and operates Leonis Pizzeria, which has also been serving Southwest Florida for over 20 years with locations in San Carlos Park, Naples Park, and Bonita Beach. They have Award Winning Wings, New England Style Pizza, and much more. Steve Drivas founded the Sunflower Café in 1999, with his brother Louie and nephew Nikos. He was a devoted chef and each meal he made was a masterpiece. Drivas was a hard worker and determimed all his life. He spent many long nights and hard hours with his nephew to ensure that when they opened up Sunflower Café that it would be incredible.
