Waxahachie continues to be an attractive area for developers and individuals to locate. December offers an array of activities with the Candlelight Tour of Homes and Bethlehem Revisited. The population at the begiinning of 2019 was just over 37,000, with a healthy average growth rate of 4.1% in 2018.
