You are equally welcome anytime in our retail roastery and gift shop, which is located in the quaint and historic Stone Mountain Village – just outside of the famous Stone Mountain Park. SMCRs roastmaster, Barbara Collins is also the owner. She roasts hands on in small batches with affection, passion, devotion and an idealistic agenda since she and her husband, Bill, want to drink only the best brew themselves! Barbara depends on her senses, coffee knowledge, and years of acquired skill to produce optimal roasts rather than using automated time and temperature controls. You are welcome to observe the entire roasting process as our roaster is in full view. You may become so captivated that you will want to enroll in our Coffee College and Universi-Tea! We source and evaluate only the most excellent estate(definitive locale), elegant varietal (named for country of origin), perfect peaberry(rounded single seed) and macho maragogypes(giant beans) coffees on the market. Then we focus on the many nuances of roasting to develop an unforgettable experience in the cup.
