Split is one half of the Good Food Guys Hospitality Group, based in San Francisco. Its sister restaurant, Mixt, is renowned for revolutionizing salads and sustainable restaurant operations. Good Food Guys, helmed by husband-wife team David and Leslie Silverglide, is incredibly passionate about bringing great food to as many people as possible while operating in a way that supports both employee development and environmental sustainability. Executive Chef, Jeffrey Amber, is the mastermind behind the innovation that brings you all the delicious and unexpected combinations at Split. He brings a fresh perspective rooted in the belief that good food comes from good ingredients, sourced ethically and locally. Jeffrey most recently led culinary teams at San Franciscos Bi-Rite Market, and was named a Rising Star Chef by the San Francisco Chronicle.
