They bring skills, tons of passion, and expertise in a delicious array of cuisines. They insist, as we do, on using only the freshest seasonal ingredients. Its a hidden gem, honestly. The best Tandoori salmon Ive ever had. You absolutely must try their goat and also the Butter Chicken. The food is always fresh and organic ingredients. Ive never had food that tastes old like at the other buffets nearby. The owners are also some of the nicest people you will ever meet! GREAT service always Great Bangladeshi/Indian food in the area! The rice tastes like my family made it which was my favorite part. My mom and I tried the Noorani Kabob and ?Vegetable Malai Kofta. Both entreés tasted very fresh and the flavors were spot on. The Noorani kabob was on the spicer side so if you dont mind some heat, try that. The owners are very kind and Peter went above and beyond to made sure we were happy with our food. If I lived closer to the restaurant, I would probably order to go as often as I could. Former India Garden is now Spice Grill. Same management, same delicious food, and same quality of service. Peter and Maria Gomes run SpiceGrill themselves, which was formerly known as India Garden in Rockville. In 2014 they moved their business in Germantown. Their work speaks out for them – uncompromising quality ingredients and passion for what they do is the key to their success and long existence in this industry.
