Since 2002, weve been pursuing our love and passion for cooking delicious food utilizing the very best ingredients and providing our southern hospitality to every restaurant, market, pop-up and catering business we have been blessed to own. Finally back HOME in the city where I was born and raised and where Bruce and I met (our alma mater TCU), we are thrilled to be sharing our newest venture; Southern Provisions ~ a craft food & catering company offering weekly organic, seasonal meal delivery, special holiday meals & boutique style southern catering. Self taught, Bruce was always more interested in watching food shows (mind you WAY before Food Network had ever been thought of and Martha Stewart was still catering) than attending his classes at TCU. His passion for cooking became his hobby while he followed a different path and became a stock broker. After 12 years in the financial industry, moving his family many times to climb the corporate ladder, it was the tragic events of 9/11 that triggered his realization that tomorrow is not promised so do what you LOVE to do! CREATING incredibly delicious southern inspired dishes using the most seasonal, local & clean food BUILDING sustainable relationships with all of our vendors, farmers and you ~ our customers PRIDING OURSELVES on being a SCRATCH KITCHEN~ making EVERYTHING in house using seasonal, organic, non-gmo produce and hormone and antibiotic free meats.
