Sol Burrito

Established in 2007. We opened Sol Burrito in 2007 with two goals in mind: create fresh, homemade, delicious food, and do so at a reasonable price. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients so that you receive the finest possible product. Sol Burrito is small batch food and you can taste the difference. Our shredded beef and pork are slow roasted in-house for 14 hours, not cooked in a factory and shipped on a truck. Our chicken is marinated overnight with chipotle peppers, fresh lime juice and a unique blend of spices. We use only organic tofu and certified Angus beef. Guacamole, salsa, and sauces are made fresh every morning. In addition, there is no MSG in our food and we use only zero trans-fat cooking oils. Sol Burrito aims to bring the Southern Californian style to you – not only is our food inspired by Californian/Mexican flavors, but our casual and warm ambiance is also reflective of the area. Dine-in, pick-up and delivery are all available! Sol Burrito first opened its doors in 2007. After moving back to the northeast from San Diego and finding himself longing So-Cal food, the owner decided to open Sol Burrito.
