This year, Snappys sold MDA Summer Camp-themed mobiles during the first 2 weeks of June at each of their 12 central-Pennsylvania locations. The funds help local members and their families who are living with a form of muscular dystrophy. The amount raised this year is enough to send six local area children with a muscle-wasting disease to MDA Summer Camp in August. Snappys team members are invited to visit the barrier-free Camp Spencer in Fombell, PA for VIP Day August 6. Over the years while partnering with the MDA the thing that has impressed me the most would be the outreach and support we receive from our surrounding communities, said Sean Lay, Vice President of Operations.
