Having been a barbecue enthusiast for over 20 years, Smokin Bob Craver has seen his business grow from smoking meat in his back yard for friends and family to running a successful food truck operation in the Queen City. Business grew so much (and what a blessing that is!), Smokin Bobs BBQ decided to expand and open their brick and mortar restaurant at 3309 E. Sunshine Street. What started out as a passion and interest has now become a dream fulfilled. About three years ago, Smokin Bobs BBQ could be found at the SGF Mobile Food Park, opening at 11:00 A.M. until the meat sold out. Now, at their current location, the expanded kitchen allows Smokin Bob and his team to serve delicious barbecue into the evening as well, giving everyone a fair chance at the hickory-smoked meats!
