MUST LOVE CUPCAKES AND PEOPLE. We are looking for individuals who are team players, love a FAST pace work environment and a positive work culture. Smallcakes offers two positions; bakers and front counter sales. Bakers are not required to have any prior experience/training or education in baking or cupcake decorating. We do all the training. Bake shifts are typically from 5:30 am – 11:30 am Monday – Saturday, we do not bake on Sunday mornings so employees have time to worship & spend time with family. Bakers average pay is $12 an hour. Front counter workers greet and interact with customers and box their cupcakes up for them, an outgoing personality is a MUST. There is a lot of cleaning involved as well. Shifts are usually from 10:30 am – 3:30 pm & 3:30 pm -10:00 pm. Front counter workers average pay is $10 an hour. Full and Part time positions available. For general inquires only.
