Seven Saints

Established in 2007. Seven Saints serves signature sliders, salads, and sandwiches in an upscale atmosphere that is perfect for lunch or an evening out. Were a great place to take a date, as our knowledgeable staff specializes in creating artfully crafted cocktails. We have one of the largest on-premise whiskey selections in the state of Illinois, and our selection of draft beer changes weekly. Our menu offerings are casual, the atmosphere is upscale but relaxed, and our servers are trained to be more friendly than formal. There is something for everyone to enjoy at Seven Saints! Seven Saints is the first restaurant to operate in the building at 32 E Chester street. Before our restaurant was here, our two dining rooms were Johnstons Sporting Goods and Dans Hat Shop, respectively. Prior to the sporting goods store, the building was home to a pharmacy which was rumored to supply bootlegged whiskey during prohibition. Much of our decor was reclaimed from local (and not-so-local) buildings. The arch behind our main bar was once a functional component of a chocolate factory, and our booth benches are reclaimed country church pews. We have several decorative pieces from an historic local bank throughout the restaurant. The owners of Seven Saints have received several awards for their efforts to preserve a bit of local history in the midst of creating a vibrant new business for downtown Champaign!
