Here is where you will find the ramblings of a madman. Ok, not really. At Scottys we find writing a great source of stress relief. This is where you will find our favorite recipes, humorous stories about the Pubs and our families, and insights about life in general. It is mostly fun, because, after all, we are just a Pub, and Pubs should be about Drinks, Food & Fun! First we were all born. No-Duh! Then at some point we went to school, some of us for longer than others. Somehow, fate brought us to a point where we were able to open a business together that began on April 1, 2011 at our original location on Scarsdale Blvd. After lots of wailing, gnashing of teeth, fires, floods, and tornadoes, we started getting the hang of running a business and we became a chain by adding a location in League City in 2016.
