We have a very small kitchen and Sean insists that every meal prepared in his kitchen is made to order and with the freshest ingredients. The Mac and cheese, for example, is prepared with freshly boiled pasta and the cheese sauce is made separately. The grilled blackened chicken and fish, the blacken sauce is prepared separately for each and every meal. We dont use pre-frozen food at SC only the freshest meats and veggies! That is why you come back for more. We love our customers and appreciate their business and we ask for your patience when our floor is busy.
