Saucys is a perfect family restaurant as we serve a variety of dishes that are loved by everyone. From well pureed meaty curries to finely minced and juicy beef patties; weve got them all. And, before it even crosses your mind, yes, were extremely concerned about the general hygiene at our joint. For your assurance, we do not use processed and pre-packaged ground meat thats been sitting on market shelves for you never know how many days. Weve got our own industrial grade meat grinder in our kitchen. Unlike most eat-outs in new Orleans, we dont either use food processors to grind tough meat, for obvious reasons. And, heres a bunch of reasons as to why a meat grinder is better than a food processor for grinding meat.
