Rubys Cafe located in the heart of Nolita on Mulberry Street, is a cozy, intimate spot that provides some unforgettable food and a great casual dining experience. Established in 2003, Rubys prides itself on using fresh local produce balanced with Australian culinary influences to provide the local and international community with some of the best food, espresso coffee and drinks in New York City. Operating 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Rubys offers an acclaimed varied menu, home to the famous Bronte burger and accompanied by a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, it truly is a unique experience. We do not take reservations, clients are seated on a first come first served basis, however, we will endeavor to do our best to seat you as soon as humanly possible.
