Royal Scoop

The Royal Scoop is the oldest homemade ice cream shop in Bonita Springs, with the tradition of delicious ice cream made right on the premises beginning in 1979 on Bonita Beach Road. Two years after the Royal Scoop opened its doors, the store changed locations to the south side of 8th Street in Bonita Shores. The Store later moved once again to find a home at our current location, where it has resided since 1990. In 1994, David and Sarah Zimmermann, ice cream lovers extraodinaire, bought the Royal Scoop. We are proud of the stores long history and promise to continue making delicious homemade ice cream. You will also find our great homemade ice creams, yogurts, sorbets, low-fat yogurts and sugar free treats in your favorite area restaurants and country clubs. In addition, we will be bringing you tempting new flavors and menu items to keep you satisfied. You can now find a delicious lunch featuring freshly baked breads from local bakeries and a variety of scrumptious sandwiches and soups, too. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service. We not only work here in Bonita, we also live here so you will find us taking every opportunity to give back to the community we call home!
