Rosemarys is an Italian restaurant with a rooftop garden situated in the heart of Greenwich Village with a focus on sustainability and seasonality! Created by Carlos Suarez, the owner of Bobo and Claudette, Rosemarys is named after Suarezs mother and is inspired byboth her home in Lucca (Tuscany) and the rich heritage of the restaurants Greenwich Village corner. Rosemarys is open for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner on weekdays and serves brunch and dinner on weekends. Take-away is available daily using ChowNow, GrubHub, Seamless, and Caviar. Rosemarys decor was crafted by Dekar Designs who drew from their residential style to create an urban farmhouse. The organic beauty of an elegant country home and garden is evoked by the greenery and fresh produce that fill the restaurant. Rosemarys is warmed by natural brick, terracotta floors and reclaimed wood surfaces. The Executive Chef Wade Moises, who previously worked at Lupa and Eataly before opening Rosemarys, serves seasonal Italian dishes that highlight the herbs and produce from the rooftop garden and Rosemarys Farm in the Hudson Valley. Chef Wades house-made pastas and selection of focacce pay homage to the locations predecessor, Sutters Bakery. Rosemarys menu offers focacce, salads, panini, charcuterie, cheese and roasted meats.
