Riverfront

Situated in the heart of Vermilion Parish, RiverFront is Abbevilles finest restaurant. Jennifer Leblanc and Brian Rush opened Riverfront in 1997, and have been a local staple for delicious meals for twenty years. Known for their perfectly grilled steaks, and locally sourced seafood, RiverFront is sure to please. After a devastating fire in 2012, the restaurant has been beautifully rebuilt on the banks of the Vermilion river less than a mile from its original location. RiverFront offers both indoor and outdoor dining, so guests can expect a great view from any seat. Owners Jenny and Brian would like to welcome you into a contemporary but warm lodge- like environment, complete with a fireplace in the bar area, high vaulted ceilings, and plenty of natural light. Live outdoor music is a part of RiverFront tradition, and theres plenty of unique seating by local craftsmen for sipping wine, or having a meal with friends. Menu-wise, RiverFront serves all your Louisiana favorites, while also serving up new innovative items using tuna, alligator, filet mignon, and fresh caught Gulf fish. The bar boasts a great, moderately priced wine selection as well modern cocktails mixed with fresh ingredients.
