Bill Rhodes Bakery in Snellville was established in 1984 among the pines and hardwoods of southern Gwinnett county. The bakery, housed inside a log cabin, has a homey feel – kind of like that comfortable feeling you get in your grandmas kitchen. The large front porch has a swing for your enjoyment while you munch on delicious sweets. It is located south of the intersection of highways 78 and 124. The bakery offers a wide variety of pastries, cookies, birthday, wedding and grooms cakes. The Petit Fours are one of the most popular items. These 2 by 2 inch cakes can be decorated according to the occasion. Cheese stars are a long time Bill Rhodes Bakery tradition. Perfect for serving on platters at a party, bridal shower, baby shower or enjoying with family during movie night. During the holidays especially, our dessert cakes are the hit of any party. We have a large variety including our Caramel cake, which is a traditional yellow cake with a kettle cooked caramel icing.
