The Resource Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt corporation founded in January of 1994. Incorporated in response to a regional consortium of town and private sector individuals who wished to impact housing and economic development, TRI has secured funding for and managed over 250 housing projects in our region. The majority of TRIs housing experience has been in the successful completion of MA CDBG Small Cities Housing rehab program management and delivery in communities located on Cape Cod and Marthas Vineyard. TRI has been awarded the contract for the Town of Dennis five most recent CDBG Housing Rehab projects and has completed each project within the allotted timeframe and exceeded the required number of completed units for 4 of the five projects. Each year, for more than a decade, TRI has met or exceeded rehab unit goals in all communities served, in the allotted timeframe, and has received high marks in program delivery from program participants. In addition, TRI has maintained a commendable 16-year record of managing state and federal grant programs requiring A-133 and/or funding source audits. TRIs ability to provide exceptional program delivery stems from the relevant work experience, skills, and expertise of key staff assigned to housing projects and the agencys commitment to quality community development and the highest attainable standards of service.
