Republic Chophouse

Established in 2008. Republic Chophouse offers classic steakhouse, fine dining in a contemporary and comfortable atmosphere. Part of Green Bays growing downtown community for over 4 years, the property offers an experience that is both hip and elegant. Dining is romantic and suitable for special occasions or important business dinners. The bar and lounge scene is lively showcasing an extensive wine and scotch list, signature cocktails and martinis, and a specialty menu of small plates and tapas. In addition the restaurant features two private rooms that make hosting your next conference, banquet, or event a snap. These rooms are popular for seminars, rehearsal dinners, board meetings, and medical programs. We are excited to also be hosting Mothers Day Brunch, May 10th from 10am – 3pm. Highlights of the delicious menu include: lamb chops, filet mignon, tenderloin, rib eye, veal, crab legs, and lobster. All the desserts are homemade, and the Red Velvet Cake is notorious. Reservations are recommended (but not required) and available by phone or via Open Table.
