REO Town offers a variety of affordable housing options, all centrally located just moments from Cooley Law School, Lansing Community College, Davenport University, and Lansings downtown. All REO of our neighborhoods have quick and direct access to major thoroughfares and freeways for those rare moments you need to leave Lansing. REO Town is home to a diverse and growing population of professionals, students and long-time residents. The REO Town area consists of three major neighborhoods. River Point Neighborhood, nestled at the convergence of the Grand and Red Cedar Rivers, is comprised of both turn-of-the-century homes and new construction. Fabulous Acres neighborhood is located on the east side of REO Town and is home to the Village Summit Community Center. Moores Park Neighborhood, named for the large park and public pool located there, is directly across from the historic Eckert Power Station and is full of unique homes built around the turn of the century.
