Ramundos Pizzeria, est. in 2000, was born on a few simple ideas. Gino Ramundo wanted to provide Cincinnati with something unheard of at the time, Pizza by the Slice, New York-Style. It couldnt be just any pizza though; it had to be authentic. It had to have someof our familys history to it. It had to be Ramundos. Were not saying we make the best pizza in the world; thats a fight that will never be won. However, per our devoted customers, we make the closest thing to New York Style Pizza in Cincinnati. The only thing more important than our pizza is customer service. Ever gone into a place only to be ignored by the workers? Yeah we have too, and we dont like it. Thats why we incorporate SCS. SCS is a very simple concept! Simply standing for Superior Customer Service! We dont just want you to enjoy the food; we want you to enjoy the experience! We have instituted this because we feel that you, the customer, deserve to be noticed and appreciated as soon as you enter the restaurant. We coined it SCS as an easy reminder that every customer that walks through that door deserves our attention right away. Our goal is to service customers in the most superior way possible, to keep you happy, fulfilled, and back for more pizza! Pizza by the slice and superior customer service are the foundation that Ramundos Pizzeria was built on, to go along with many great pieces. New York-style pizza pies, fresh hoagies and sandwiches, homemade sausage and homemade meatballs made by Uncle Frank himself. Along with our award-winning sauce and other original favorites, we have introduced many other spectacular items to satisfy our hungry customers.
