From the founder and CEO of Rachels Kitchen: I have always had a passion for good food and cooking. I got my start in the restaurant industry when I opened my first caf in Beverly Hills. My goal has been to serve fresh, high quality and delicious food with a gourmet touch at very affordable prices. It wasnt long before Id opened and operated seven locations in the Los Angeles area. During that time, I also started to develop restaurant concepts and I acted as a consultant on new ventures in the foodservice industry. When I relocated with my family to Summerlin a suburb of Las Vegas I of course brought with me my undying interests and plans, and soon created and opened Rachels Kitchen. After a successful four years, in 2010 we opened our first franchise at The District in Green Valley Ranch. Since then, thanks to our loyal guests we have expanded across Las Vegas and Henderson with 4 valley neighborhoods locations in Summerlin, Centennial Hills, Downtown and our newest location inside the Hilton Garden Inn in Henderson. You can also find us at the D-Gates in McCarran International Airport, and we have a caf located on the grounds of the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.
