Please call to place a carry-out order! Purple Chopstix has a small lot in front of the restaurant. Additional parking is available across the street in the Hocking Valley Bank parking lot, when the bank is closed. Ed Fisher opened Purple Chopstix in 1989. For overtwenty-five years, hes been providing Athens with a unique and eclectic variety of delicious food. These days, his son Gabe joins him in the kitchen, helping prepare all the Chopstix favorites and crafting new specials weekly!
