Pulcinella's

Pulcinella was opened in July of 1991 in Fort Collins, CO. Shortly after the restaurants opening, the first of our Colorado pizzerias was opened at our Drake location. This location also has a Wine Bar, featuring incredible wines from Italy as well as local beers. The second pizzeria was opened after some years on Harmony Road to serve the growing residential and commercial area in southeast Fort Collins. Taking a page from our Fort Collins history, a pizzeria was opened in Loveland and Lafayette which are now owned by another family member also from Naples, Italy. The 2 current locations in Fort Collins are owned by original owner Mary Race. Word of mouth advertising has been the most successful means of introducing new customers to the Pulcinella experience. The growth and popularity of Pulcinella Pizzeria has made Pulcinella a household name in Northern Colorado.
